On the Mexican Border in the City of Tijuana there have been a spree of killings. Drug lords were hunting down police officers who had stolen a drug shipment. It had been reported that two of the officers have been killed. According to the city former police chief, the cartel is supposedly the owner of the drugs and could have launched this general crime against the police officers.
Tijuana has had the most homicides of any city in Mexico. They are known to have about 2,000 murders annually.
According to prosecutors half a dozen local police officers in Tijuana, wanted to launch a plot to steal the large shipment of drugs from a warehouse where traffickers were storing it.
It was rum Merced that the cartel already knew the person who was behind the heat and had them gunned down and killed. Within the hour of the heist the multiple police officers involved were gunned down on the street of Tijuana.
