Early Sunday morning around 4 am officers arrived to a scene with 5 people shot at which lead to 3 of them dying and 2 of them in critical condition. This shooting had happened in a multi suite residence with no information on what the possible motive was. The victims identity has not yet been released and will not be released until all evidence is found in this case. Winnipeg's violent crime rate has been increasing the past couple years making 2022 the most violent it had been there since 2009.
